#13 The Administration of Iron-Pugs in TF2 General Discussion

I feel as if the mods come from like too lax to too strict and downright aggressive. I can talk to you more on steam, but I really hope you take this to heart and reevaluate your staff please.

I don't want to point many fingers b/c I just want this to be a call to the administration of the pug-group.

The problem is, that's basically the only pug service with players in my own skill level that can pull in players somewhat consistently...

Some mods were playing some of the pugs alongside the regular players, we're playing and their demo, one of the mods was playing Demo-Man and offclassed to spy, got one backstab and then switched back to demo. Alright? No, he then goes to play Charge'N'Targe Demo with the ham, and gets their med. I go and talk to one of the head fucking admins and then he says and I quote, "He wasn't throwing if he got the med". The mods constantly break rules they enforce without any kind of repercussion. The reason I haven't talked to Bilbert about it is, he never is on, he never is involved with the administration. So, somebody with 0 interactions with the mods can't do anything about it in the first place..

The administration of I-Pugs a.k.a Iron Pugs... Is a complete joke, the owner, Bilbert employed a set of admins at the beginning. The start of it had players like Raeka and various other admins and mods from other pug groups as a show of good faith to the community. Slowly, people from all different scenes came in to contribute, iron players, ETF2L players, and open players came to the pugs. Then in-came the 10-14 year olds and they became mods, more and more the blatant employment of such mods became apparent as Bilbert employed them without a second look at their attitude to others. The current state of it is, two mods and a few admins come in every day to the pug group for hours at a time. The said mods become somewhat on the overtly aggressive side with people constantly antagonizing the current mods and cannot be heard due to the head-admins and owner come on lesser and lesser. With no other pug group that offers the same kind of services that Iron-Pugs and the large amount of players that come in to enjoy the pugs; the constant fear of mods banning players trying to have a small bit of fun is crushed. Any players that do above average in pugs constantly antagonize mods due to them not being able to play any "fragging" class. What I call for is a complete evaluation of the current staff as more than half of the mods and admins are on nearly once a month.
I have a few stories to tell if any of you'd wish for me to tell.
