wax5600 is great (upgraded from 1600) but not sure how much of a diff you'd see coming from a 3600. FPS is around 300 in 6s and a little less than that in pubs

I went from a 3700x to a 5800x and trust me it was worth it for supporting 240 fps in most situations.
zen 2 just can't support 240 fps in all scenarios, even in 6s.
I have a ryzen 5800x and I get 300+ frames on mid, if you're on a budget a 5600x will still be a nice improvement over the ryzen 5 3600 for source games like tf2.
HildrethAlso whilst we're on the subject of ETF2L, can we revise the off-class rule, it is a very bizarre rule to see players banned from playing Engineer in Mid in 6v6 because they played Prem HL. Maybe make the point system more flexible for non-cookie cutter classes, then that way actual Open/Low players won't be sandbagged still but Div 2 HL players can still enjoy Sniping or playing Engi/Pyro/Pootis/Spy in Mid in 6v6. I complained pre-season about the rule and there was no real satisfactory response, I kind of gave up because at the end of the day majority of the League admins are Open/Low 6v6 players unwilling to acknowledge the logic that a Prem HL Engineer in 6s in Mid is not an unfair edge.
That admin team could do with a few Higher level players on it in my opinion.
if we are discussing rules, one of the fresh meat challenge rules is a bit unclear
"Played in ETF2L Open playoffs or above.This does not include cups.'"
I thought it meant that if a player who's on a team played open playoffs would not be able to play, but apparently it also includes a player who had 0 officials up until he was asked to merc in open grand finals, other than that he only played in regional pickups and didn't play on any teams.
seems unfair to exclude someone who only merced in one playoff game because the team he merced for was missing a player.

this issue occurred after the vscript update with several other demo playback related issues.
newer demos are unaffected while pre vscript are.
the only "solution" I found is to download an older client of tf2.
maybe something similar to domination/double domination from unreal tournament where all control points are open for capture and you get points over time.
would probably eliminate offclassing without class limiting the non cookie cutter classes as mobility is the most important thing, it will probably make attacking and defending more dynamic as well.
rivkahaving the same problem, cant get local player (specifically killfeed highlights and dmg numbers) to work but worked fine last time i tried a few weeks ago

in a game where level 3 sentries cause the round timer to run out more than anything else your first thought is to remove snipers?
gibs don't appear anymore in lawena for me, I'm guessing it's because of something in this update as they worked for me yesterday.
removed all the custom plugins I had to confirm nothing I have causes this
violence_hgibs is set to 1.
