• Random interviews? We've been looking at the same faces for hours upon hours and it's obvious that they're running out of things to talk about. Pull out some shitposter people recognize and do literally anything.

What happened to the manly voice-over TF2 introduction video from a few lans ago? This one is twice as detailed as needs to be.

That kid has some of the worst humor and it's not even awkward bombs; it's long-lasting farts that float around till the match is over.

To think all this could've been avoided if you had spent 15 minutes on Slin, who spent several months on you.

Somehow come to know a few of these special people in my life, sniper unusuals everywhere and reddit-worthy strange names etc. You'd be surprised at how many of these aren't being ironic, but just simply live off of Steam and the attention they generate by being dicks. Doesn't mean their avatar/fandom associations are ironic.

Custom team textures on containers and shit is cool, team models.. Not so much. A lot of colors clash with blue/red, granted some of them look cool. I'd definitely look into map advertisement more so than player models (outside of posters).

Hell even if they're unpaid, random TF2-relevant logos on shit around the map would make it seem more like a global thing and not 12 idiots running around in a x year old game.

Sending teams to LAN is the equivalent of paying a kickstarter for some kid to get a laptop so he can play games and stream it. Not half the production cost of a LAN has to do with the players being shipped there. It's effectively people asking their grandparents to pay for their new hobby.

I can understand wanting to see non-european teams in a european tournament because it's rare, but Tilt all live in reasonable countries; they could 'easily' get the money if they truly tried hard to. Jasmin fly from the other side of the fucking world just to please people, and b4nny is probably the biggest reason people donate to them, and most of them get a shirt in return.

Do top-tier players really need to be fucking tipped for playing a game? You'd think they'd go out of their way to do it themselves if they truly wanted to go.

Fan-fucking-tastic valve. Instead of rotating class updates, we have to fight for one, and it's not even certain.

If it wasn't as enclosed and clippy as it is, it makes for some quite tense defending.

It'd make sense for some, not for others. Like the defensive banner. In what situation do you change to it as you defend the last point, and actually get it off? It'd benefit from recharging automatically + damage taken, but make it so that you'd need to hold for at least 90 seconds for it to charge or so.

Cleaver and milk replace an important weapon, neither would really benefit from charging automatically. Realistically sandman + cleaver is an assassination combo. You shouldn't need to charge up that combo.

Valve could give TF2 the CS:GO treatment and save face in 2 months. People still play it a lot and use the marketplace with zero effort from Valve. Why would they save it?

Takes a few moments to click on a button, they'd notice if a stream had ~500 more viewers than usual. If they're the type to actually watch TF2 streams anyway.

Regardless they could still easily work it better into the stock hud. Make it cover the bottom with a banner showing top 5 streams and an arrow to go further down the list. But hey. Effort.
