3- discuss with the people involved about helping you
4- Consult a therapist (not relevant to that issue, but it remains one of the best possible solution for a lot of problems).
doesn't equal to faintly seem depressed in order to receive a "you're great, keep it up" from any stranger who doesn't even know you well

It never happens. I don't know anything about OW thoThat's not true if the other team has set up crossfires and 2 of them look at you at once, you can only win if they miss or have the reaction time of a snail.
A demo can only protect himself theoretically if the two+ people focusing him miss every shot.
Theoretically, tf2 could be some kind of a game
