Lol'd at the fact that the combined brainpower of everyone at Microsoft who is working on this could only come up with the name 'Xbox One'...wow truly gamechanging and inspiring! notsrs

The console looks boring and uninspired too in terms of shape/design...controller looks nifty though, wish there were more pics of it closeup.

#24 Deathadder right click sensitivity in TF2 General Discussion
VirulenceOdissiusMy Zowie EC1 Evo should be here by the end of the week.

I'll let you know how it is bro. (Shape is said to be very similar to the DA).
The EC1/EC2 eVo are built in such a way that RMB requires about half the force of LMB to fire. I've hit RMB by accident so many times getting used to it. OP would probably hate it.

So I've had the chance to play with my Zowie for a couple days and I am really liking it.

Hmm, the right click to me feels like it takes the same force as left click, and I haven't really found myself accidentally hitting right click with this mouse. I did notice with my Mamba (which I assume uses the same switches as the DA since it is just the wireless version) that it was quite easy to accidentally right click.

OP, if cleaning it doesn't resolve your problem and Razer won't replace it for you I definitely suggest checking out the Zowie EC1 eVo. The rubber coating on it feels way nicer than my Mamba, it has a flawless sensor, no drivers to dick with, huge mouse feet for dat glide, comes with spare mouse feet, is light as fuck (which is awesome for low sens), the cable is really light weight, and the scroll wheel is nice and "notchy" so you know exactly how many times you've scrolled. Also, you won't have the right click issue since it uses Huano switches.

If you really love your DA to death, you could try to find a place that sells Huano switches (or maybe just buy a used mouse that has Huano switches on the inside) - take it apart - and then transplant the Huano switches into your DA (which uses Omron switches). Huanos take a little bit more activation force, which could solve your problem.

#13 main calling in TF2 General Discussion

Main calling should fall on the pocket's shoulders, after all he can see around that corner and you can't. Besides, it's much easier for a pocket to main call than for a medic to do it.

Medics have way too much other shit to worry about. Meds should just be focusing on tracking enemy ubercharges and calling out enemy positions/threats.

Just tell your pocket to sack up.

#10 G700 vs G500 in Hardware

The G700 is probably the worst shaped and feeling mouse I have ever used. The side buttons are shit, the switches they use in M1 & M2 feel terrible, the shape of the mouse is a joke (at least in regards to FPS gaming). The scroll wheel feels weaksauce with no real resistance.

AlfieG700:
+ Go to gaming mouse if you HAVE to be wireless

You have obviously never used the Razer Mamba. It shits on all other wireless mice.

#41 Fyi, the 24" Asus 144Hz monitor is on sale ($270) in Hardware

You should get an Overlord 27" 1440p 120Hz IPS monitor ($555) for your editing/photoshop/movies :p.

I think you can use the shopping cart to estimate shipping cost. I am still waiting on mine (the next batch of monitors with the new bezel is supposed to be arriving mid-May).

Wtf am I looking at? Did some nerd lock himself in his basement where he assembles monitors which he sells on his website?

Heh, there's no argument from me that the branding and name is silly and immature.

Did you ever hear about the Catleap 120Hz IPS panels that were really popular? Well these are of the same vein - Korean sourced LG panels of A grade quality. These are the same panels that Apple uses in their ~$1k Apple Cinema Displays (but Apple takes only A+ grade). So other companies buy up the A grade panels. If I recall one of the guys who made 120Hz.net and the Catleaps really popular decided to go off on his own and start Overlord, so that we (Americans) could have an American source for these high quality and inexpensive Korean panels w/ warranty (the alternative was buying from Korean sellers on Ebay who also didn't offer warranty).

So yeah, if you want the best IPS panel then Overlord is where you want to look.

the301stspartanI don't know about that. View angle is always a really weird thing to complain about for me. I have all my monitors adjusted to my angle so I always look straight at them. If needed I can rotate them slightly, even more so once I got them all wall-mounted. Right now I would have to move around my table to have a significant color shift on the monitors. And I still believe that running one game on monitors with different refresh rates is a bad idea. What I might do is throw away all my monitors and replace them by my old 15" CRT use three 120s for gaming and other purposes and another maybe 16:10 one for watching movies and stuff where I change position a lot and need all that viewing angle. I also do editing, photoshop, 3d and such so I might just use the 4th one for that.

the301stspartanI'm assuming you have some kind of retardedly beast mode rig to run 3 monitors at 5760x1080 @ 120Hz? I just don't see how that's going to be possible while running at good graphic's settings.
I'm about to get a 690 for multi-monitor purposes. (Don't judge me; I am selling my last PC and have all the monies just for this upgrade)
Also I use Chris' config for tf2 anyway because I like the clutter-free look. Not the ultra-shit quality one of course. I should be able to cap at 120 with ease.

Btw, has any of you ever tried tf2 in 5760x1080? What is going to happen to my HUD?

Fair enough, I believe your hud will stay on your main monitor - assuming you're at least not using the default hud.
