Why should it matter if she "didn't know" that they were underaged? The tf2 community is mostly made up of kids, besides that excuse wouldn't fly irl and it shouldn't fly here. That's just the basics of consent, everyone should be absolutely clear on the age of their partner before trying anything with them. If you don't know then just don't do it, it's really not that hard.
it does matter in irl if your messaging someone online and don't know they're under aged you generally don't get charged, it's why on that to catch a predator show they explicitly tell the person they're a minor.

IDK maybe I'm stupid and I missed something or it's an inside joke but to me it just looks like his ongoing meme about controlling his medics with an iron fist? It doesn't look like he's doing anything pedo-like.
Asking what they like sexually, pressuring him to come to lan, saying he'll be there new daddy, telling him to abandon home, telling him he needs to be trained/taught. Like you could let him off the hook and say it was all just memes, but asking a minor to meet you (coming to lan) after trying to talk to them about sexual topics is really suspect. On top of that he seems to be trying to isolate his his victim (abandon home) and put himself in an authority figure over them (teacher, new daddy, trainer). These are pretty classic predatory behaviors, you isolate your target so that your the only one they can turn to and they become dependent on you and have no where to turn if they want out of the relationship and he makes himself out as an authority figure so it's even harder for the victim to question him or seek help.
