I don't know how you interpret this as a defense of anyone or anything, I was literally just giving a pragmatic answer on how you'd prevent this.
And I have not a single time defended pedophiles, my main point of contention with every thread so far is calling these people pedophiles. They're sexual predators and in a lot of way just as bad, but no of them fall under the definition of pedophilia as none have engaged or tried to engage in sexual acts with prepubescent children.
It's damaging to the young children who are the victims of pedophilia to describe these people as pedophiles and irresponsible.

If god asks me to kill for him he's probably a bad guy, but at the same time he could be testing me to see if I'll do something immoral if he asks, which also makes me think he's probably a bad guy. So I wouldn't kill for him because if he's a bad guy he'll probably find some other excuse to make me suffer even if I kill for him, but if he's a good guy and I pass the test and don't kill he'll be good to me.

If people were just naturally up and down voting things no one would care, but when people get their friends together to down vote something artificially because they can't articulate a response it kinda feels like you're wasting your time.
tf2 has a super small community that is super circle jerky. It's probably not worth the effort to most people to make posts when some shithead is just gonna link there friends the post to downfrag it and no one actually engages with the substance of the text.
