#11 New GPU in Hardware
arkonCooler Master Silent 600W Bronze Certified

Yeah, that PSU is fine.

hookyOne version of the Steambox is running a Haswell i7 and Titan on 450w, for the record.

Yeah, a good quality PSU can power a lot. But a bad quality one can cause you alot of problems too if it can't deliver enough power. *cough* Raidmax *cough* :S

#3 New GPU in Hardware

7950's are going for around 200 now. Great price/performance ratio ATM. Who made your psu? A 600W shitty psu won't do you too well. Also, I'd wait a few days for AMD new cards to come out and look at benchmarks. But a 7950 would probably be your best bet right now.

Was happening to me too. I just switched to webchat IRC because I couldn't figure out the problem.

#6 Compatibility in Hardware

Yeah. Your case is fine, it's an ATX case, so it can fit ATX mobos and smaller.
And like Carl said, you only need 8GB for gaming, really. Dual channel (with two sticks) only really helps performance with APU builds (graphics built in to cpu).
But just a tip, Raidmax products are usually shit ^^

#2 Compatibility in Hardware

So you're switching your Z77 mobo and your 3570k for the Haswell i5 and the Z87? Then yes, I believe everything should be compatible.

#23 Help me cut costs in Hardware

From your original build, for the price of that 660, you can get a 7950 for probably a bit less, comes with three free games and can compete with the 760.

240 average? Max? Mininum?
Oh crap. I can't read. But I have an fx-6300 and I get ~90fps in intense firefights.
