If I had to guess, based on the name it sounds like it controls whether weapons whose models eject brass (spent casings) do so on reload/firing. This would include heavy's minigun, scout scatter, and shotgun; off the top of my head.

I would watch out dude. For profit university = big loans and longer term problems. They're not terrible, so if you've done your research and you think it's good than go for it. Just be aware.

Remember, Blizzard said the massive view-obstructing viewmodels are a balancing feature, not a bug. Your chances of getting a viewmodel_fov option are even more non-existant than getting a normal fov slider.
