Play demo jump maps for sticks, soldier v soldier mge to practise surfing. These are all things you can do beyond the obvious mge/dm/pug, tho in my opinion mge and dm are better for warmup than improvement for demo (besides soldier v soldier mge).
Pipes should come naturally. Just play demoman class on pubs and stuff.
