Yumyumanytime a medic thread is brought around, I always think about that idea for a lightning gun style medi beam. I think its a cool idea to shake up the meta, but idk how it would be balanced to not be too difficult to use, yet be worth the effort to track your teammates.
having to pay attention to aiming and tracking your team mates would mean u die 100% of the time to even the limpest dick imitation of co ordinated aggression lol. u will probably end up dying to solo bombs playing with a weapon like that. why do u think so many meds die or drop when trying to bow their dickhead team mates who arent in a suitable place for them to be bowing them.

people lost their shit when gully refresh slightly changed the way the lighting on gullywash works. now imagine all the 100s or 1000s of hrs u have on these maps knowing then intuitively by look is gone because theres epic jungle theme to it or some shit. its bad for just being able to play the game comfortably and instinctively

ya everyone talks about the funny movement mechanic of the quickfix but fact is that the weapon is an auto-equip to mid at the very least and if you don't equip it you're throwing. medics will really only have to bow soldiers then just keep beaming scouts/demo who, if they play it right, can't really die cause of the crazy heal rate.
