#41 Anyone have experience with U-Verse? in Off Topic

#38 Anyone have experience with U-Verse? in Off Topic

I seriously don't get how US ISP's get away with this, they always seem to charge so much for the speed you get, and then I still hear people complaining about how often their internet just dies for a few minutes out of nowhere..
Must suck.

#6 Horrible Fps drop in Q/A Help

it might be a heat problem, a friend of mine used to have something like this, his was a lot worse tho, but basically everytime he started GPU intensive software, out of nowhere his GPU would spike to 255 degrees Celsius after gaming for a while (which gave hi huge fps drops), after weeks and weeks looking for a solution he ended up buying a replacement, so I'd advise to monitor your temperature while one of those spikes occur to see if it is hardware related!

#5 Advice on Wireless Headphones in Hardware

"Bluetooth rides the same 2.4Ghz wireless frequency that so many other things in your home, like wireless mice or keyboards, Wi-Fi signals, or even microwaves. Those things won't have a huge impact on sound quality, but they can—and often do—cause audio drops and other quirks."

The quality should nearly be the same as far as quality goes for Headsets (it depends what you find quality tho, I personally would never buy a headset because you pay a little more for a little less usually, but it can be handy with that mic not in the way)

#7 Mumble mouse accel in TF2 General Discussion

If this is true, don't you think it would be widely known by almost every e-sport that uses mumble as communication software?

Do you use an USB headset?

if so,
I could find this about your problem.

#4 Community Map Trailer - by Afterglow in Videos

Things about this map

[*] Weird Texture Choice
I really don't get the texture choice of this map, it looks like a jump map from when TF2 just came out

You could have used Dev textures without text, and it would have looked a lot more professional and cleaner, and a lot less confusing.

[*] Triggers / Teleporters / NoGrenades
The texture scheme is really weird on most jumps, and it is unclear what is a teleporter and what isn't, also, since this map is for beginners, it might be really confusing for them.

Also, some jumps are too easily cheatable and your map maker just seems to randomly throw nogrenade and teleport triggers at some places that are really unlogical, and again, confusing for beginners.

So far I'm not really fond of this map, and there are far better options out there for starting jumpers (For example jump_4starters)

I know this map is in "beta" but I highly doubt apart from some bug fixes you're going to change the appeal of the map, and how it plays overall.

MasterKuniExquisiteStoneI'd recommend buying a good SSD for OS/GAMES and important files, and just buy the cheapest 1 or 2TB hardrive you can get for the rest of your files you download (movies, not important games)
Cheapest non-Seagate drive*

My seagate is working fine, so go bitch somewhere else, it doesn't matter what drive you have really, because it isn't going to contain important files.
