you havent listed fallout tactics or fallout: brotherhood of steel
the former is a mission based game in the style of 1 and 2 and is ok, but id say its worse than 1/2
the latter is a top down twin stick shooter with bawls energy drink product placement in place of nuka cola. the game itself is also really mediocre

i just tested it offline and online it applies to all stickies. it only happens with overlapping stickies or stickies closely touching each other.
likely caused by valve's attempt to fix overlapping stickies not all applying explosive damage/force when detonated (noticeable most with traps and jumping)
