I added both servers. Unfortunately we do not have ultiduo as a category right now, but I've suggested it to our site owner.
Cheers.

Surf server was laggy on map vote
Like I'm scared of what you're going to tell the CEVO guys when you analyze these poll results.
I understand getting our opinion on some things but I can't figure out what was going through your mind when you made this poll? What information were you trying to gain?
Say 80% of participants vote for $15. Do you go back to CEVO and say "people only find CEVO to be half as valuable as ESEA?" Say 80% of participants voted for $25. Do you go back to CEVO and say "ok so a full season of ESEA open costs $31 and we determined that most of the people interested in playing TF2 with us only want to pay $25." ??? Almost half of the teams in ESEA pay more than that, and if you assume that all intermediate players and above want to play invite (a broad assumption) then almost half of ESEA would be willing to pay double the highest value that you put in the poll.
I feel like you're making the decision for us on pricing and it puzzles me as that is counter to what you are saying in your posts about us making the decisions.
CEVO should be able to figure out their own prices. I'm worried about a league that can't even figure out something as basic as this without community feedback.
There are literally only two other leagues out there. One charges nothing. The other has publicly released its pricing. Figure out the cost of creating the league, hiring staff for support, development costs, putting on a LAN, whatever. Then decide if you want to incur a loss, break even, or make a profit over X length of time. Figure out your business plan, and determine how player fees play into that. CEVO already stated that they make money not off the players but from sponsors like Red Bull or whatever. Why they're charging us I have no idea. Maybe they think we care about prize pools. They might want to charge us to supply a prize pool.
That's where market research comes in. Ask the players if they care about prize pools or not.
This isn't that hard for a proper business to figure out. If you want the players to make up arbitrary prices that is just going to be a waste of time. People always want to pay the least possible but might pay more if they see value. Polling prices like this is dumb.

not when it's done like this lol
you're biasing the data too. what if people were willing to pay more or weren't willing to pay at all? one hypothesis that I have is that most NA TF2 players aren't willing to pay to be in two different leagues. I could be wrong. But I guarantee you that this poll won't answer that question.
I'm not even sure why you're doing a poll for this. Most businesses don't usually ask the customers how much they want to pay -- they put a price out there and adjust over time, or do market research. In this case market research would be extremely easy...so a poll just seems lazy. Probably the most useful thing to come out of it will be "how many people are at least mildly interested in CEVO".
