On rekoner my crates are invisible, as well as the forklift at second. Anyone know a fix? :/

Weird tf2 title or something I can't fix :/

So a while back I wanted to do some smoothing for a YouTube video. And the program I used ended up messing up my team fortress. It took a while to fix everything but now, I still have a team fortress low go just stuck on my menu. It is only on the menu on game startup or when you press esc in game. Was wondering if anyone knew a potential fix?
