yup. when enigma made the switch over to the current system i went from 2 nerdstars to 4 instantly. to add on to what you're saying, users are also not awarded to people with consistently poorly +fragged posts, example:

i believe the current system also rewards posting of well-received threads more than just comments, but i may be wrong about that.

was doing a project on the negative effects of parental stress about a year ago and ran into what i think is the greatest stock photo ever taken. people keep telling me to change it, but it way too accurately depicts my mood.

edit: i should note that these playlists are a bit outdated from what i listen to now. i've started buying used CDs of classical music at bookstores and stuff, i'd recommend doing that a lot too.

edit edit: i should also note that because my major is in music i don't get to really listen to whatever while doing my homework or studying as often as i used to.

the distance of the flag can look off to a layperson because of the distance between clinton and the camera combined with the lense the camera is using. here's an example of the distortion you can get with this effect. for the same reason the flag looks huge behind clinton, our perception of the scene is distorted with the cameras in the audience. because we see the scene through the camera's telephoto lense, it can be jarring to see the scene through the smartphone screens. but acknowledging this phenomenon will bring you one hop closer to the real world, my friend.
