I have a lot of internet friends I skype with, and I stream. Also it doesn't cost too much more than a standalone mic, so people often just get the webcam.

I said I'd post a video of the C525, here's me on stream with it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZhC_krJW7wM#t=446 It looks pretty nice with good lighting, and the mic's not all the bad either. I think it records in 720p.
