Has your life improved since you quit?
Yes, I have way more fun in OW with working matchmaking that mirrors the competitive scene.
Do I ever feel the urge to come back?
No, I left of a pretty sour note but I'm still fine with the fact ive played the game for 5 years since I was 12.
Did you have some other, non-videogame hobby to spend your time on, or did you exit into the world with no clear plans for what to do next?
Nope, more vid games for me.
What was the main reason that you decided to quit TF2?
Game isnt nearly as fun as it was before for me, and the recent updates do not bode well and I have lots of frustration directed towards valve because if they decided to support the game 2/3 years ago it would be great.
And, of course, why do you browse a forum for a game you no longer play?
To see if anything good happens for the game, whether that be a good update or a nice tournament.
