GlopDo you have it set to 1 player slot? I had this issue one time.. increase the amount of players and see if that fixes it

I used net_fakelag 20 to give myself a nonzero ping, I'm not sure why it gave me a ping of 90+ though.
EDIT: I just tested it, I get the same results without using net_fakelag

I want to practice my rollouts, but I have a problem when creating a server from the main menu. I seem to have severe lag/stuttering, well beyond the point of unplayability. I made a quick recording here.
