Try this:
If you're using chrome try going into your advanced settings and try using hardware acceleration. If it's enabled already turn it off. That's what fixed my problems viewing 60fps streams a while ago.

I've been dealing this for the last few days - GTX760, 16 gb ram, i7 5930k. It coincided when me purchasing a 144hz monitor and running 120hz with a 60hz monitor, but I think that is coincidence and not actually related. It's extremely annoying because the audio will play as normal, but the video will stutter and then speed up and "catch up" with where the audio is.
Will happen in Firefox/i.e. for me as welll.

Last year I was sweeping my garage with a metal broom when it snapped and I sliced through part of the skin on my left thumb in two places. Had to get stitches (like... 6-7?)
This year (literally 363 days later) tore off my fingernail and broke my right pinky when I crashed (the second time in a month) my motorcycle on the track during a warm up lap.
