Smoothing issues

I've noticed that editors (not me personally but other editors) have been having a problem where their "smooths", or in game cinematic scenes, for their frag videos are not saving. I am making this thread to hopefully try to help anyone in need of it, and just to inform myself. If you have a solution to this problem, or if you are encountering it yourself, please help :D.

My only problem with the older one is that every time i went back to my regular game, it would turn off damage #s and hitsounds, i didnt have a big problem with that, but I might look into this new one to see the improvements, thanks anyways :D

WaldoNot sure the correct term for it, but the first part of the gully clip and the granary airshot could have done without what I assume is Gaussian blur.

I am looking to play Scout (possibly roam) next ESEA season.
I can snipe, and, if needed, I can play pyro and heavy.
I have experience playing backup scout on Double D Squad, a steel sixes team.
I am on the Sportlin' Sports, another sixes team, but I play roamer for them as of current.
