BilbertI miss the old bosses where players could still kill each other while fighting them.
my biggest concern with bosses like merasmus and the eye is that they can stop KOTH caps which would drag out the pug unnecessarily
I'm trying to gauge interest in an idea I had
If there's a way to disable the shittier stuff like bosses and spells (unless thats something you guys would want), I wanted to try to host in-house pugs of the competitively viable halloween maps throughout the month of october
the map pool is tentative because there arent a whole lot of good halloween maps:
would this be something you guys would enjoy playing? i bet these pugs will be mega casual / non-serious
id like to hear you guys' input on map pool, disabling bosses / spells, etc
if boston avoids both cleveland and chicago through the bracket they win
otherwise they lose in 4
i think that se7en are going to win premier etf2l this year! :)
Ryan Tannehill seen bagging groceries as early as October 1st
no matter how much mge or dm grind or pugging or scrimming or anything i do, i never get any better
i could put up with being mediocre but im by far the weakest link on my team and im so disappointed in myself for it
our last alternative to a 6s league other than esea went well, i wonder what faceit would do differently
i miss sebbo, ghast, and flippy, three swedes i spent my first 2 and a half seasons of competitive tf2 playing with
matches with them were actually a blast despite me always having 150 ping
i think we lost them to the overwatch boom in mid-2016 but i havent heard from them since then
i suppose its really hard to make an argument that the team with the best teamplay isnt the best team in a team-based esport
there's obviously better dm-based players out there compared to the astralis squad but an incoherent or underprepared roster of dmlords and puggers are never going to win anything beyond 1v1's
to be honest im surprised the NA/SA shuffle teams of liquid and mibr made it as far as semifinals given that they
tbh we probably wouldve let you guys keep playing to the process half if you hadnt taken your ball and left as soon as the first half ended
or if you unbound your y key
