dedicated, pours hours and hours into anything he needs to work on, learns quickly, fun to be around, he's also able to take criticism very easily and doesn't get offended if you tell him he needs to work on x aspect. Overall very mature and a good pickup. Be sure to give him multiple tryouts in a relaxed environment.
