#4 Pocket LF High Open in Recruitment (looking for team)

He's good, he has excellent DM. Pretty awesome short leashed pocket, would do well on a mid-high open team.

#11 Finger Grip Mouses? in Hardware
boomeri use a fingertip grip. I'm using a zowie am fg and like it a lot. The Coolermaster xornet/spawn are a good shape for it also. i've always found small mice to be the most comfortable with this grip

edit: i also liked the g400 even though it's bigger

The thing is, I have pretty big hands (think piano hands), and I feel like the zowie am would be too small for me

#11 PC BUILD OPINIONS in Hardware
AndKennethGood point though. Intel processers generally tend to have a little less grunt for the price but handle media encoding, rendering ect. much better than similar AMD processers. If you are looking to stream I can personally vouch for the i5 3570K / similar model from haswell taking it like a champ with no issues.

Actually, the fx-8350 utterly destroyed the 3570k when streaming.

#1 Finger Grip Mouses? in Hardware

I'm a finger grip mouse user, I'm currently using the 3.5G Deathadder for a while and I seem to be fine even though it's supposed to be palmed, the only thing I don't like about it is that it's hard to reach the mouse5 button. I have pretty large hands/fingers. I would prefer if it had a DPI setting of 1800. Do you guys have any recommendations?

#8 PC BUILD OPINIONS in Hardware
maidosim not sure if it is the same with everyone but i had AMD FX-8320 and i could barely stream at 20 fps using obs and xsplit. So i ended up returning the amd and mobo and got intel system instead.
i went intel xeon 1230v2 (i7 3770) which i could stream 1080p 60 fps and still have 400 fps ingame

Really? I have an fx-8350 that streams 60 fps at 1080p, I would get around 90 fps while I"m playing. I also have 2 monitors. But bear in mind, I did overclock to 4.4 from 4.0

#4 Advice please :) in Hardware

On a budget build like this, I would highly suggest going for AMD's FX8350. The chip is cheaper and so are the mobos.

#16 Voicechat and mechanical keyboards in Hardware
WaldoI use a $20 headset, the mic is pretty one-directional, so it doesn't pick up the sound of my Blues, at least to an overly annoying level. I'd suggest getting a crappy $5 headset and salvaging the mic, and propping it up between you and the keyboard. Might be awkward, but it should work.

Or use velcro/tape to secure that microphone onto your headset.
