First PC build, need suggestions/help!

Your memory is a little too high profile for your CPU cooler. I recommend you to get these http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231428.
Also, do you plan to overclock?
Lastly, your video card is a tad bit week compared to your other specs, you should probably overclock your card when you get it.

- Fixed the Soldier's grenades being hidden when equipping the Full Metal Drill Hat and the Soldier's Sparkplug
- Removed replay.cfg from depot and added replay_example.cfg to avoid clobbering user’s replay.cfg

That's a good build for a decent price. It will run tf2 pretty smoothly.
This build can run CS:GO at high/ultra at around ~50 frames.

On a 1000 dollar build that includes a 144hz monitor and another 60hz monitor, he can't afford a 7950, nor does he need one. Also, a 7850 (especially overclocked) can run bioshock infinite at ultra with playable frames.

I would get the acer
The acer is bottlenecked by GPU
The Asus is bottlenecked by CPU
TF2, and other source games are more dependent on CPU.
I would get the acer if I were you.

Scout LFT Mid-Open

I'll be completely honest with you.
This guy used to be on my team, he attended every scrim and even reviewed some strats/main calling techniques. He was a great scout that knew what he was doing.
However, after about 2 weeks since he committed to my team, he quietly deleted everyone from his friends list that was on the team, changed his ESEA alias as well as his Steam's to '25079446411767574'. He did not give any notice or even a single goodbye.
This is not the first time this has happened
Brrton did the exact same thing to shortbus' old ESEA team. To add insult to injury, this was in the middle of an ESEA season.
Please be aware of this, I would truly hate for this to happen to anyone else.
