Per Dashner's recommendation in other threads (one link) I ordered from Penon Audio with good results. Received them in like a week and a half too, which is pretty good for international shipping.

spammyGTA 5 is -40% off, is it worth buying?
The multiplayer is great* and I think it has one of the better single player experiences in the franchise. If you enjoyed other games in the franchise it's a pretty safe bet you'll enjoy this one. Similar to 4 there's a pretty extensive modding community as well.
(*) The multiplayer, conceptually, is a lot of fun. However, the game utilizes peer-to-peer connections and 'hacking' (read: script kiddies, modding) is pretty rampant. That being said, there is still the opportunity to have a lot of fun with friends and smaller communities of folks.

Duckys are generally pretty hard to find in the US. I got my 3 & 4 from MK.com but I was pretty lucky with timing. You could also try /r/hardwareswap, there's a decently high volume of items moving but you may not save any money. Supply & demand and all that jazz.

I don't disagree with the desire to not spread folks out but I'd also kinda like a viable alternative to a center where I'm not sure what quality of game I'm going to get or a pugme where I know the game will likely be good but I'll never get picked.
