#11 Learning web design in TF2 General Discussion
ompCro0Ked_on what grounds? php is valuable knowledge if you're going to do anythingIt's good to know PHP in the sense that the more languages you know, the better. However, it is an absolutely horrible language and I would not suggest its use to anybody unless there is a particular reason to use it. I would suggest Ruby or Python for web development.

unless you're developing web apps you're likely not going to use ruby/python, and php is going to be your best bet

Not_MatlockYeah! How dare you insinuate that people should conform to social norms! We need more brave people who don't follow the rules and guidelines of society to fit in like everyone else! We need more people like Ted Bundy or Charles Manson who challenge those boring social structures!

man what the fuck is wrong with you?

#1 roamer looking esea/cevo-o in Recruitment (looking for team)

i am w0rd^! i am looking for a roaming position, hopefully for season 14 of esea but it depends.

pros:
- can pay my own league fees
- good dm/aim for someone who's never been in open
- pretty good comms
- willing to learn
- have my own vps for mumble if needed
- friendly and dedicated
- always down to scrim

cons:
- sometimes easily discouraged
- sometimes i make dumb plays
- can get angry at times (but i don't rage)
- minimal league experience

all in all i'd be great if surrounded by more experienced players than myself, because i'm always willing to learn. i'm driven, and have big dreams of playing in im someday. <3

my availability is as follows (EST):
sat - wed: 5 PM - 11 PM
thu - fri: all day thursday, until 11 PM friday

#31 Who pioneered 6s in TF2? in TF2 General Discussion

i think it'd be amazing if someone who was around since the beginning could do an article about the history of competitive tf2 and the 6v6 format.
