I made that jump a couple months ago, when my wire started acting up. I had used the G403 for more than 2 years. I had also wanted to try a wireless mouse a while and since the shape was good enough for me I thought I may as well try it. As for the mouse itself the quality difference is indistinguishable to me. The only difference is the tiny difference in the force I have to use to move it around, BUT I got used to it within a day or two (also because the weight is a tiny bit different). However looking up and down in game is a lot easier without wire though and it took me longer to adjust to. (Thats just wireless mice in general tho)

TL;DR If you make the jump you will likely get used to it quickly, the mice are of indistinguishable quality.

As for the longer spire spawn timers for attackers, it was already tried and I received overwhelming feedback that it was too long. Spire cap time could be decreased further but honestly, 6 seconds or lower for capping second makes it too easy to backcap. The issue with the map is that the point is on a giant spire, not that the point takes time to reach.

ah well, then its because of consistency. you can't shoot through any grates on any official map which makes it unclear for players which ones they can shoot through, and on which maps. bad game design basically
