I think the video is "mackey down 1". After finding his old channel ID you can find the archive link for the channel and see it under "TF2 (Random Clips)".

To add to the evidence, I found some blog post from 2015 talking about tf2 spots that need to be fixed and in the archived version you can see the video preview shows gpit spawn (and the embedded video shares the same url/watch ID)
