Martyfound a bug in the site
i'm an idiot and forgot to do the actual trade offer after making a bet and now i can't bet at all. just get "Oh snap! There is another offer being processed already. Please accept or decline it if you want to bet on a different match." but the trade offer was canceled by the bot so i can't really accept or decline it. on the home page, it acts like i've bet on the match (offering to raise or switch my bet) at the home menu but doing either doesn't do anything.
Apparently Valve's API trims trade offer messages which caused me to lose ability to see UUIDs on the older payout trades. This is fixed now for the future offers and has a fallback for the old ones.

ATTENTION :D
This is the first game which used previous leftovers to balance payouts which involved a much of new backscene stuff.
If you make a payout and any of the items are missing in a trade offer (which would mean something fucked up and it is possible) do not accept it!
This way if you call me for a help I'll be able to debug this problem and fix it for the future :D
