Valve doesn’t distribute the medals, RGL does.
Close. RGL sends Valve the medals who then take forever to update the game to add them
Valve adds them in game, they don’t distribute them. Edit: Pai explained it pretty well above.

What kind of camera was you shooting on? Most current CMOS sensors are pretty good for lowlight these days
