Hello, the title says It all, my 6s team The Mandarins and I, We're looking for a Mentor.

Infos about the team:
We are Div6 and for most of us ETF2L S18 will be the first season played but we are not new to competitive TF2, at all; we've played a lot of TF2Center lobbies, scrims, mixs and some pickups as well. For all of us TF2 is the best game on the earth therefore we are really keen and we are looking forward to getting good at it :D
We are europeans and not everyone of us is native english speaker but we have quite a nice level of english and we can, if not speak fluenty, at least understeand every word.
We're quite young (15-17y) but very mature for our age ;)
I believe that everyone in the team has his individual skills, but we really lack in teamwork :S

Hello, so I've been wanting to post one of my TF2 demos on Youtube but I can't figure out how to do so, I only know that I have to convert the file from .dem to another format that is supported from Youtube. Would You guys be so cool to link me to a good tutorial or even explain It? Thanks in advance :)

Put the class name in bold, make it bigger also and colour it.
Underline the most important things.
Capitalize the first letter of the words after the dots and at the beginning of the phrase.
Put like lines to separate different strats.
