#320 Lmaobox premium detected. in TF2 General Discussion
DoctorMiggyHe had nothing to do with it
He's taking credit solely to get viewers and donations on his twitch.

he's already talking buying a ticket to PAX

How do you know though? Although there is no undoubtable evidence of him doing it, it seems plausible, plus don't forget that he is not banned even though he clearly has used lmaobox in the past, which supports his story.

#24 a little cinematic edit entitled "dead" by 47 in Videos

Unfortunately I didn't get to see it in time before you privated it, so i don't know if it was bad or not, but even if it was I wouldn't pay too much attention to tf.tv shitlords seeing this as an opportunity to make shitty jokes for upvotes. They show up nearly everytime someone posts an edit that's not exactly conventional, whether it's bad or good. Just focus on the constructive critique (if there is any) and ignore the memes.

#2 TF2 Frag Movie - Journey l by VIP in Videos

I see that you increased saturation by quite a lot in most shots. This is not a very good thing to do, especially in TF2. The correct (imo) way to increase saturation is using Ranged HSL and only increasing the saturation of some colours that you want to bring out, and remember even here, subtlety is key. Be careful with diffusion as well, it can look great, but also very wrong, depending on the settings. I usually only use it with 100% Highlights only and 100% Glow, that way it's sort of a glow effect. Other than that, not too bad, be sure to experiment with Colorista, it does the heavy lifting for most of my colours. Good luck in the future!

#42 Kotaku article on TF2 mm in TF2 General Discussion

What's wrong with the comments though? It's mostly people showing their lack of knowledge about competitive (which nicely illustrates the whole issue here) and some other comments of people saying how they've tried comp, but they didn't like it because it was a completely different experience from pubbing (which is true) and the pubbing experience is what they like more. But let's call them retards because they don't like the same thing as we do, right? It's not like it's personal preference or anything.

#6 Help with Lawena in Videos

The big question is, do all of these demos work normally outside of Lawena?

msome ok airshots on people ive never seen in a tf2 server though good job on that

you're right on the rest, but i personally think that it's retarded that when you see a good airshot you look at the killfeed to see who it was against and when you don't know the victim you go "meh", makes me wanna change killfeeds in my videos to random ambiguous names.

#15 Video playback program that can play 240 fps vids? in Videos

I still don't understand why you need to "preview" them in a video player. You recorded them, you know what's in the clips, right? If you need to sort them, just name them something when you record them (f.e. doubleair_solly_blands_mid, 5k_scout_granary_last)

If you still REALLY want to play them with a video player, then I guess use an SSD, or encode them (they might be choppy even after encoding, I just tried playing a 120fps 720p 84MB enconded clip in VLC and it was watchable, but still slightly choppy, then again I don't have an SSD).

#6 See yourself in POV smooths! in Videos

I did it using mirv_campath and mirv_input camera. The HLAE documentation should explain it pretty well, but I might write/record a tutorial when I have more time.

#3 See yourself in POV smooths! in Videos

Well, I know the STV thing has been around for long, but you don't always have access to an STV demo. Plus, I've done this using different commands than in the tutorial and it doesn't require exporting any files to C4D or any other software.

#1 See yourself in POV smooths! in Videos

I apologize if this is common knowledge, but I have just successfully made a smooth from a POV demo where the player who recorded the demo is visible (using HLAE). Again, I wasn't sure if people knew that this was possible, as it looks like it's been possible since June 2015.

Here is the smooth:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JbdfR0U6Z74
if you look at the bottom left corner, you can see that it's the soldier's POV demo
(yea the smooth and config are bad, but it's just a demonstration)

So yeah, if people knew about this already, then I am sorry for wasting your time. If not, let me know if I should explain it or something.

#7 Regarding iksD Demos Free zip files in Videos

I just wish siN would make another demopack. He has gathered a lot of demos over time, some of them pretty good, but hasn't released any, shame.

zeSIMONHey man, I see this is your first post here on tftv!

If you want to share any fragclips, please just post them here instead of creating a thread for them :)

Thank you, and welcome to our community!

^ This guy gets it. The rest of you shitters don't. Now imagine what a community this would be if we had more people who are helpful and nice to new players.

#3 Frag Video Ideas! in Videos

Ideas for edits? I don't know, that seems like something you'd have to come up with yourself. Just watch a lot of other frag videos, see what aspects of them you like, what you don't like, what you would do differently, and also listen to a lot of music, often times a song is so inspiring for me that I can already see the edit in my head while listening. Anyway, good luck with your editing, you bought Vegas Pro, so you better make good use of that money ;)

#7 Team Frag Movie - 27 la Pelicula in Videos

You pretty much ignored the song(s) and just put frags one after the other, sync is very loose, more like a fragshow than a movie, cool frags though I guess, skybox was making everything look prettier, ok colours.
