When I was in grad school in England my health deteriorated pretty badly and I had a chance to suspend the degree to go get treated and then come back, but I didn't do it and ended up having to move back home when it got too bad to deal with. Ended up spending two miserable years just to finish the degree marginally faster
If I went back I'd have suspended, got treatment earlier, then come back. Probably wouldn't have changed my life much though
I'm not really embarrassed for my shitty plays, but the times I took this game too seriously and got angry and tilted make me cringe really hard
+ used to be the underdog class. the one that no one expects anything from, but if you played your cards right you could frustrate players who are objectively better than you
- the above is probably not true anymore, since valve turned it into 360 degree mouse 1 instamelt. I think it's now a perfectly viable class in the worst way possible.

CollaideI would argue that the thruster is nearly completely useless as long as the powerjack is allowed. You switch weapon faster with the powerjack, you can always use it, you can use it both for long and short distances. The only thing it doesn't really do is give pyro more vertical mobility, which can probably be adequately substituted with the detonator (jumping) [not to mention the other qualities of the detonator].
I'd agree with this, especially since when you m2 with the DF you're stuck without a primary for a fairly long cooldown, and it's good to have a shotgun to take 1-2 shots after reflecting something (which you shouldn't really do, reflecting with the DF is only worth it if you can't tank the hit while doing damage)
And of course there's the scorch shot which pads dpm stats like crazy.

I don't agree. It's the only primary for pyro that has a bit of counterplay at the moment (although this might get changed if valve ever fixes the stock flame glitches, but I'm no longer holding my breath at the moment). Damage is similar to stock flames, a bit higher range, actually dodgeable, can't spread your damage across several people with ease, can't do max damage by wiggling like an idiot
It's objectively the least powerful flamethrower apart from the phlog atm, and it's also the least retarded one, even if it is still easy to use
(and this is to say that I actually see some sense in banning pyro from 6s until flame bugs are fixed. but dragon's fury is not the worst thing pyro has, by far, I'd consider it one of the best)
thank goodness things are okay for now. I don't know you personally but seen your stream sometimes and you seem like a chill and genuine dude and the community loves you. If you're starting with therapy in Jan that's great, hope it is the help you need.
Either way you're overwhelmingly not alone in this - I've seen so many close friends and to some extent myself struggle with depression that I'm more and more convinced that society is at fault, we've created an environment that is not conducive to our mental health. So just don't be afraid to talk about it. But I don't think you are.
