There's a setting which you need to enable - use anticheat hook on your properties of the screen capture. That should fix it.
i'm using some commands that shout voicecommands when moving, when used sparingly they do not kick you. There's a really high limit to the commands you need to do to get kicked.
could be that you're "swimming" - where W is bound to something other than +walk

From a guy who went from 11 PM - 6:20 AM sleep on school nights to a 11 PM - 5:00 AM feeling awesome on school nights, I can finally give a fairly accurate view on this.
- For making sure to wake up, don't drink coffee or caffeine. It will hurt going into detox but it'll be worth it.
- Drink lots of water (if not already)
- Try to sleep at least 4:30 - 6:00 hours if you can, and when you can sleep more aim for a 7:30 hours. This will put you in line with your circadian rhythm. If you work late nights, it might be best to splash water into your face if you can.
- Get sunlight during the day to make you feel awake, this'll get easier as summer passes.
- Take cold water showers, this wakes anybody up any time.
- Get a sleep schedule. This helps as your body will naturally let you wake up and stay up for those times
