Stats of fists of steel:
-40% damage from ranged sources while active
+100% damage from melee sources while active
This weapon holsters 100% slower
-40% maximum overheal on wearer
-40% health from healers on wearer
It says that there is -40% less overheal on WEARER but this only seems to apply when I have the fists holstered... does anyone know if it is the same for the -40% health from healers stat? Also, are there any other items in the game that don't function as listed? I feel like if the item isn't functioning as intended it should be considered as a mechanically broken item, but it seems to be unbanned in most HL leagues... if someone could explain why it isn't that'd be cool too. thanks kids.

just because a weapon is bugged doesnt mean it should be banned unless it is deemed to be overpowered or alters the game in a way it shouldn't. the fists of steel's usage hasnt changed in ages because it is a good item in HL that doesnt overtly affect the game.
