Freezes on serverme servers

Hello gamers, the past 48hrs I have been getting freezes (where I will continue to walk but all other players on the server stand still) every 5 seconds. This has only happened on serverme servers in scrims, and the issue does not occur on normal community servers. I have an i7 4470 and a gtx 960, both at good temps, a good hdd that hasnt had any issues before, and am using the mastercomfig net settings. This lag does not effect mumble or any other thing apart from tf2. My net graph does not seem to change during these freezes, though they only last half a second and appear (from my POV) to affect everyone else on the server and not me (i continue running etc). Any help would be appreciated.

Are you using net_graph 5? Freezes should show up there unless your entire PC hangs. Please show a screenshot of net_graph 5 during one of these freezes.

How often do the freezes happen?

The past 48h you've only played on the Dutch KroketBrigade servers, could you try other serveme.tf locations? I've sent you a serveme.tf premium code so you'll have an easier time finding servers in all EU regions.

I've run a trace to your IP from the KroketBrigade servers and it's showing packet loss in the last two hops (close to you), in a Virgin Media router. This would point to congestion or connection issues on your ISPs end. A trace from another serveme.tf EU server shows no packet loss, as it's routed through a different Virgin Media router. I would expect no issues if you play on this server (WilhelmBrigade).

Thanks for the fast reply. I've managed to get onto a french server and take a screenshot of the net graph. I was unable to tell if the freezes were happening or not since its only other players who freeze and I was alone on the server. I use a wired ethernet connection if that's any help.

I just played a freeze-free tf2center hosted on a Dutch Amsterdam server without issue. Here's a screenshot of my net_graph anyway

Hopefully last night was just a problem with my ISP that occurred at an unfortunate time. Thanks for helping, and I will contact you if the issue comes up again.
