Here's what you do:
1. Start with low elo.
2. Steal elo from the high elo players. They'll lose a lot of elo
3. Join the arena of another low elo player and switch classes a couple of times and leave the arena to donate elo. You will lose a lot of elo
4. Steps 2 to 3 until everyone has identical elo.

If you use original, pencil jump and use a lot of shotgun I think it's impossible to lose MGE just do that
