So ive started getting random syncopated spikes after removing a trojan. I used multiple AV programs and a registry cleaner. I also got my ISP to confirm I'm not being throttled and cleaned my PC. I pinged and ran a tracert and it seems that im getting random hops to 200 ms every 20 attempts for only a single ping then it drops again. I really dont want to reformat. Is there anything else anyone can think of (/could it still be the trojan)
