Literally just googled ugc config/etf2l config

https://www.ugcleague.com/files_tf26.cfm

http://etf2l.org/rules/configs/

ESEA has its own servers and client so idk if there's a publicly available config dl. NA people pug and scrim without half times anyway so just get the etf2l config and change mp_winlimit to 5 for 5cp maps and 4 for koth if you want esea rules

Edit: Also, use tftrue_whitelist_id 8319 for the latest global whitelist

i guess what i needed was the whitelist. thanks.

i had the esea configs provided with the server though, which i find somewhat surprising considering i can't find them anywhere unlike ugc and etf2l

do i need to download the whitelist or does tftrue fetch it automatically upon loading a config?

If you have tftrue, all you need to do is rcon tftrue_whitelist_id 8319

As long as you have TFTrue installed then you're pretty much set with whitelists, at least both ETF2L and UGC configs use the command "tftrue_whitelist_id" which will fetch the most up to date whitelist automatically from whitelist.tf when executing configs, so I would assume that it does the same with ESEA too, but I could be wrong on that part.
