SO recently i started to play faceit seeriously and got some sick moments as a medic. I went into the previous matches for faceit and downloaded the demos. i loaded them up and tried to switch to my POV and record the moments problem is i was stuck in an external camera which wouldn't show me the match as it wanted it. Aswell i coudln't change to first person POV or to Third person.
Anyone know what happened?

Have you definitely bound +jump to a key? That's the key you need to switch from 3rd to 1st person etc. I forget that a lot.

your +attack, +attack2, or +jump have to be the only thing bound to the key you want to use.

I have Attack2 bound for the medic to say a message in the chat when i use uber. And its specific for which lìitem preset im using. I have jump and crouch bound to SPACE. Problem is i don't have all of this in my autoexec.cfg. Its all in the single classes config files

DAN2Ymake sure that you bind "spec_next" to M1 and "spec_prev" to M2.

also you need to
bind space "spec_mode"
so you can move from 1st to 3rd person if it's STV demo.

Make sure the match has actually started, this happened to me and I couldn't move anything until I fast forwarded to players actually being in the server. Often stv's start before players actually join the game.
