Hey guys recently I've felt that I'm not playing soldier as good as i can but i feel better playing as scout. Has anyone had this issue before and how did you mange to balance the two out. I don't know if it's a mental thing or a physical thing.

edit: don't know why this is in off topic

There is obviously the difference in DM skills, one class being projectile and one being hitscan. Just practice.

Also, slow it down when you play soldier. Take your time to hit every rocket, and don't try to always jump in, and shoot your 3 remaining rockets to just burst out damage. You'll end up dying, and in the end doing a lot less damage.

It's sort of hard to get used to another class. If you are going to be dedicated about practicing a new class, then great! Otherwise, just keep playing Soldier and see what you need to work on.

I had a season where I really slumped in scout and decided to try soldier next season. Didn't do too hot either (I mean my 140 ping didn't help). I think the slump was mainly mental for me. But it all comes down to playing a lot and garnering experience for whatever class you choose to play

Play Scout in pubs or pugs. That'll get it out of your system.
