marqhe has a dynamic ip and makes multiple free accounts. kind of hard to just outright ban him.

Him having a dynamic ip and multiple accounts is why I'd like to have votekick enabled. That way if he shows up on any of his accounts he can just get kicked for a while so people can practice without someone cheating/spamming binds/shittalking.

Also alltalk needs enabled and I'll bump this thread every day until all the dm servers have votekick and alltalk.
