i dont see any hallucinations but it happens to me quite often and I have to breathe really hard to break out of it

Every time it's happened to me I managed to fall back to "normal" sleep within a minute or so.

Shit's pretty unsettling though. One time I hallucinated that there was a massive spider on my wall and I couldn't do anything about it.

i had a fever dream, like to the point where my body temp was like 108-110 degrees(?), not sure, but i was literally getting mauled by a bear in my dream and i had to go to the hospital

I think if that happened to me I'd be scarred. Spiders are my worst fear. They just evoke this horror within me. Shit's fucked man

i was paralysed and i saw three ghost figures of these zombie women floating above my head yelling at me, i break out of it by doing this weird twitchy thing with my mouth.

also had an experience where i was paralysed and i managed to get up off my bed, jump up and down in my room to see if i felt pain in the soles of my feet, didnt feel anything, i jumped back into my bed and i was paralysed again, my mum then walked into my room and i tried so hard to make a sound but i couldnt make a single squeak, then my mum put my blanket over my head like i was dead or somethn, i woke up and my eyes were sore af with my heart beating so quickly.

i fell asleep in a lecture and had an exam after it, when I woke up i had my arms folded and i couldn't take them out and wasn't able to move at all. no hallucinations though
