look at the vtf crosshair for specific weapons thread under customization and
read all of it there should be a tutorial and it will allow you to use the default scattergun xhair for soldier

If you only want it for solder then you need to create a soldier file in your tf/cfg, then put cl_crosshair_file "". And if you wanted it to be yellow like in the picture as well then put
cl_crosshair_red 255
cl_crosshair_green 255
cl_crosshair_blue 0

Also make sure to put the other crosshair/s you use in either config (in tf/cfg/config) or other class configs you created

cl_crosshair_file default

It's massive though so you will have to turn the size all the way down and for me it is slightly gray and translucent compared to the stock crosshair with the shotgun.
