I would suggest you skip AMD CPUs and consult with setsul.

I'm no setsul, but I guess I can give a few words of advice (I'm sorry if there is any misinformation in my post).
With a budget like that, a GTX 950 and an i5 4690k would be fine for games like TF2 or CS:GO, granted you may want to lower a few graphical settings or run a lower resolution if you want to maintain a high fps. Stuff like case fans and whatnot can be chosen a little more easily, depending on what's on sale, and what's pretty cheap (I'd recommend you look for a quiet case fan, I got some fans for cheap, and realized they were super loud, and ended up buying some better fans later on).
Not sure about being upgradeable with budget like that, but if you do plan on making slight improvements later on (addition of more RAM, although I don't think that's necessarily a big upgrade), you'd have to invest more into a motherboard, go for one that overclocks, and later down the line, you can get a better heatsink to overclock your CPU.
Don't get an SSD as you're on a budget, most HDD's these days aren't too expensive these days, and you can meditate and think of life as you wait during loading screens.

Although the thing about buying parts is that you want to buy them within the same timeframe, so that if something goes wrong in the build process, or it turns out your parts are actually DOA (Dead-on Arrival), you have some kind of warranty to work with.

Thanks dude, Ive heard many things about AMD and I dont know what to think of them really, but it feels like people say Intel is better. As for ordering, I will be ordering from local towns but thanks for the reddit thread Ill have a look at it.

You don't know how AyyMD memes work.
If your PSU goes up in flames because of 30W more I wouldn't trust it with any CPU.
All in One liquid coolers are useless and overpriced.
