I'm colorblind (specifically tritanopia or blue/yellow colorblindness) and was wondering what settings I would need to set on my monitor to "boost" its colors. Basically just making things more vivid / pop out more, and not blend into backgrounds.

I have an ASUS VG248QE 24" 144hz monitor for reference

Increasing saturation sounds like what you're looking for, I'm sure your monitor has some menu where you can set that.

I can't really imagine how you see things, but I've never been able to figure out any combination of color temperature settings/color manipulations on screen that makes things measurably easier to see in any games. :(

Saturation can help in some situations but it has negative impacts as often as positive ones, so I don't use it. Obviously your mileage may vary on that. Usually I just end up analyzing the models in a game and trying to figure out something that sticks out on them, then specifically looking for that. In TF2, the weapons are the easiest things for me to spot in most cases.
