he's using amd I added him on steam
and in case anyone else has this problem:
6:03 PM - rainoflight: you need an amd legacy driver from after the radeon settings update but before the current driver
6:04 PM - rainoflight: one of the recent drivers broke vertical squishing aka top and bottom bars
