how do i get the class cfg like scout cfg and heavy cfg because i cant find it in my cfg folder

you have to make them

i usually just find a cfg file in the folder and copy it

rename it to theclassyouwant.cfg

then delete the contents (text in file) of the original cfg and put ur own stuff in

fuck ninja'd

Is there a reason for putting them in tf/custom as opposed to tf/cfg ?

not really but i guess its easier for some people to just backup 1 folder instead of 2
