I see so many people complaining about framerate, and I happened to have a lot of free time, so I made a program to help with certain fps issues. Now, my programming skills are not expert, so the program looks a bit sloppy, but it works.
If you have issues, RUN AS ADMIN. Most of the time, it solves the problem.
If that doesn't fix it, tell me what went wrong.
For me, I find it increases fps by around 15-30. Not that I had a problem in the first place.
Also, experienced player have probably done a lot of the changes the program does already, if so, no effect.

I only made my "user" to post this, because I wanted feedback. What am I myself supposed to do with my own program?
If you're scared, scan it with your antivirus of choice. I'm fairly certain it doesn't have anything.

I'm saying RUN AS ADMIN because disabling/enabling hibernation requires it. And I do agree, it looks really sketchy with a random post asking ppl to download something.
